We welcome all who come to celebrate with us!

chaliceThe First Parish Unitarian Church of Norwell is a liberal church in dialogue with the religious questions of the modern world, yet still honoring the best within our Judeo-Christian heritage. Recognizing no distinction of class, sex, nationality, race, age, or sexual orientation, ours is a Welcoming Church that stresses the need for community amidst the impersonality of the secular world. First Parish, Norwell, is a member church in the Unitarian Universalist Association.

Sunday Service 10am

June 15:
Lessons from Peaceville: On the Uses of Idealism
Our Sunday School classes developed an imaginary town called Peaceville this year. My first reaction looking at it was one of appreciation for their and their teacher’s sincere effort, and to chuckle a bit to myself and compare their vision to the real world. But cynicism is the first enemy of hope and creativity, so this sermon will celebrate idealism and its power to shape the real world.
Join us on this Father’s Day and plan to stay for the Old Fashioned All-church picnic following the service! All are warmly invited.

July 13, July 27, August 10, August 24:
Join us in the Meetinghouse for Worship Services on Summer Sundays.
